Member Safeguarding & Postal Safety

The integrity, safety, and mutual respect of our postal community is our foundational priority. All members must agree to our strict postal code of conduct.

1. Address Protection Recommendations

We advise all members to use post office boxes (P.O. Box), school mailbox forwarding, or business reception addresses when corresponding with new international pen-pals. Never share personal financial information or bank account details through the mail.

2. Youth & Student Safeguarding (Under 18)

Minors participating in school letter-writing circles must register under verified educational programs overseen by certified educators or with explicit written parental/guardian consent. Correspondence for minors is matched strictly within age-bracketed student clubs.

3. Zero-Tolerance Harassment Policy

Any member who receives inappropriate, discriminatory, soliciting, or threatening correspondence is encouraged to report the incident immediately to our safeguarding panel at [email protected]. Offending members face immediate permanent revocation of membership and referral to postal inspection authorities.

4. Prohibited Postal Enclosures

Members must comply with universal postal carrier rules. Never send currency, perishable food items, organic soil, or hazardous chemical substances in letter mail.
