Terms of Membership

1. Community Code of Civility

By joining MailFriends, members commit to treating all correspondents with courtesy, empathy, and cultural respect. Any form of harassment, hate speech, commercial advertising, or unwanted solicitation is strictly prohibited.

2. Compliance with Postal Laws

All physical correspondence mailed by members must comply with national and international postal treaties (Universal Postal Union regulations). Members are personally responsible for proper customs declarations if sending allowable small gifts.

3. Termination of Membership

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate membership for violation of these community safety standards.
